Our Commitment
ESAexpert is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Because many of the people we help live with conditions that affect vision, dexterity, concentration or mobility, accessible design is central to what we do, not an afterthought.
What We Do
- Semantic HTML headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Colour contrast that meets the WCAG AA ratio for body text and controls.
- Keyboard-operable forms, buttons and menus - you do not need a mouse.
- A "reduced motion" setting that respects your operating-system preference and turns off animation.
- Form fields with visible labels and clear focus styles.
Known Limitations
Some third-party components (such as the payment window) are provided by external services and we do not fully control their accessibility. If any of these block you from completing a task, please contact us and we will help you another way.
